Dr. Mona Amodeo is the founder and president of idgroup, a whole systems branding and change management firm in Pensacola, Florida. As the Core Dialogues Radio host, Dr. Mona’s expertise – and forward-thinking ideas – brings smart, intuitive and thought-provoking dialogues to the world of radio.
Dr. Mona leads a team of dedicated brand experts with a unique vision to elevate “business-as-is” to “business-as-it-can-be.” She is passionate about working with game changers. She brings simplicity to the complex process of strategic brand development, helping organizations transform who they currently are into something beyond what they thought possible.
She believes the path to building great organizations is simple: Engage people. Armed with this philosophy, she helps organizations unleash the energy, imagination and actions of their stakeholders by connecting them with what is possible. Prior to founding idgroup in 1989, Dr. Mona was a broadcast journalism instructor and documentary producer. Today, she continues her passion for education through her research, workshop facilitations and speaking engagements, making recent stops at Harvard and the United States Green Building Council Sustainable Brand Conference, just to name a few.
Dr. Mona holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development and Change from Benedictine University, and is recognized as an expert in the areas of brand identity, organization development and change, stakeholder engagement and sustainable business.
